How can I add and assign co-creators to custom copies and collections for editing?
Once your collection or custom copy is created, you can add others as co-creators, enabling them to view and earn royalties from sales. New co-creators also can get editing rights to either the entire material or specific chapters.
To grant co-creators access to view your collections and custom copies and receive royalties.
1.To add co-creator to your collections or custom copies you can choose your editable writing from the "My Library" tab, then “All Books”, “Collections” or “Custom copies” tab on the left-hand side panel. Click the cover to open your work for editing.
2. Scroll to the “Co-Creators Information” block.
3. Click on the button “Add New Co-Creator”.
4. Insert the co-creator’s name and email. For collections you will also have the option to make the co-creator’s name visible on the front of the book or hidden with the "List on Cover" option.
Note: for custom copies co-creator’s name will appear on the cover by default.
5. For collections you can set the royalty percentage of the total author royalties that you want to share with the co-creators for their contribution. Co-creators of custom copies don’t get royalty.
6. Finally, there is an option to edit the certain chapters of material or the whole one.
7. When you are finished adding this information, click “Save”.
