I can't log in to a new device?
With your LiveCarta account, you will be able to be logged into LiveCarta on three separate devices, apps, or browsers at the same time.
If you exceed that amount, you will need to log out of one of your currently logged in devices before logging in to a new device. Upon attempting to log in to a fourth device, app, or browser, you will be presented with a list of your currently logged in devices. Click on the “Log out” button next to one of these listed devices (you also have the option to log out of all three devices at once in this same window), then “Done”, and you will be able to log in as normal on your current device.
