How do I reset my password?

If you experience difficulties logging into your LiveCarta account, or accessing it directly for the first time after using LiveCarta materials via your LMS, you may need to reset your password:

1. 1. On the  LiveCarta login page click the “Forgot Password” link below the field to input your password.
      
      
   2. Enter the email address you used to create an account on LiveCarta and hit the “Send Reset Link” button.
      
      
   3. Wait a few minutes for a password recovery email to be sent to you. Click on the “RESET PASSWORD” link in the email.
      • Note: If you do not receive this email after several minutes, check your spam folder for an email from noreply@livecarta.com.
        
        
   4. Enter a new password, following the requirements on the password reset page, and hit “Change Password.”
