What is your refund policy?

Your ability to receive a refund will depend on the content purchased:

• eBooks: 

All eBooks purchased for lifetime access may be refunded within twenty-one (21) days from purchase date, on the following conditions:

• The purchaser has not downloaded a PDF of the book.

• The purchaser did not add chapters from this book to a collection.

• The purchaser did not create any custom copies based on the book in question.

All eBooks acquired for rentals longer than thirty (30) days are refundable within fourteen (14) days.

Rentals for less than thirty (30) days are non-refundable.

• Individual Chapters: Return within 7 days from purchase date. (Note: once you create a collection from these chapters, chapters become nonrefundable)

• Documents & Binders:  Return within three (3) days from purchase date

• Printed books and bundles are nonrefundable, including “eBook + printed book” packages. NO CANCELLATION OR REFUND will be awarded, due to the print on demand nature of the product.  

• Collections: Returnable within 7 days of purchase date. (Note: If PDF for this collection is downloaded, the collection will become nonrefundable)
